By installing or using FormulaFix AI (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
FormulaFix AI is an add-on for Google Sheets™ that provides AI-assisted formula generation, troubleshooting, and explanation.
You agree to use FormulaFix AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the service or the underlying Google APIs.
FormulaFix AI is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While the application aims to provide accurate formula suggestions, calculations and formula outputs should always be independently verified by the user before being relied upon for critical, legal, or financial operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of FormulaFix AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Application.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Application, or amend these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Use of this application is also subject to the Google Workspace Marketplace Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
